Return Policy

Current editions of clean, resalable books may be returned within 18 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required but an email 'heads-up' is helpful. All stickers and sticker residue must be removed.

Damaged Books/Shortages

Please email us promptl regarding claims for shortages or for books received in defective condition. Damaged books must be returned within 30 days of invoice. Defects must be noted on the packing slip when books are returned.
